Robyn Fitzpatrick is a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor with over 10 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness industry. Robyn is currently working as a Special Needs Assistant at Balinteer Community School .and specialises in designing personalised learning programmes for children with Autism

What you can expect to learn

Our members will be given the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga and incorporate them into their daily lives. Alongside the practical skills, our members will learn about the benefits of yoga for flexibility and injury prevention, sleep enhancement and improved mental health.
