Health and Longevity

Mental Health and Wellbeing is a course designed for our members to openly discuss their experience of mental health and how to optimize it daily. Learning through a psychological framework, this course will draw from other areas including Meditation and Mindfulness to give our members a holistic appreciation of the importance of mental health.


Your lecturer is...

Sile Walsh has over ten years of experience in Coaching Psychology, is an event coordinator with the Psychological Society of Ireland and is a psychometric tester with the British Psychological Society. Sile holds a HDip in Coaching Psychology and MSc in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork. Sile is currently a PhD candidate for Professional Practice: Psychological Studies in Canterbury.

What you can expect to learn

Members will learn the benefits of prioritising mental health and the practical steps for improving their mental health on a daily basis. Members will also engage in reflective practice to identify areas for their own personal improvement and implementing steps for continuous improvement.
